Common problems & solutions
Solution: Increase the Background tolerance slider slightly, and make sure the photo of your signature was taken under even light without dark phone shadows.
Solution: In Signature Size Reducer or Signature Resize, select JPG as the output format; transparent pixels are automatically flattened onto a crisp white background.
